What we keep
Privacy
Last updated August 2026
Short version: we store the numbers you type into the generator and, if you buy, your email address. That's it. We don't know where you work.
What we store
- What you enter into the generator: your working days, PTO and floating day counts, which holidays you ticked, any company holidays you added, your home airport, and your trip preferences.
- The date you generated on, and a random link token.
- If you buy: your email address (collected by Stripe at checkout) and a Stripe payment reference.
What we don't
- Your name, your employer's name, your job title, or anything from an HR system. We never ask, and there's nowhere to put it.
- Your card details. Those go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
- Your calendar result — it isn't stored at all. It's recalculated from your inputs each time you open the link.
If you type an employer's name into a custom holiday label, that text is stored with your inputs. Our usage statistics deliberately exclude it.
We send you exactly one email: the link to the calendar you bought. There is no mailing list, no newsletter and no marketing. Your address is used to send that message and to help you recover the link if you ask.
Analytics
We count how many people reach each step of the site, and we record deliberately coarse facts about the inputs — a PTO band rather than an exact number, how many holidays were ticked, which optimisation was chosen — so we can tell whether the product is useful. There are no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels and no cross-site profiling.
Cookies
One, and only if you buy: a cookie remembering the links to calendars you've unlocked, so this browser can find them again. Nothing else reads it.
Who else sees it
- Stripe — handles payment and holds your card details under its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider — runs the servers this is stored on.
- Our email provider — delivers the one message above.
Nobody buys this data, because we don't sell it.
How long
Your calendar and its inputs stay until you ask us to delete them, so that your link keeps working. Ask and we'll remove them.
Your choices
Email 9nthdimension@gmail.com to get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Deleting it means the link stops working, so export or print your calendar first. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or state privacy law; the same address is where to use them.
Children
This is a tool for working adults and isn't intended for anyone under 16.
