7 days, no questions asked

If your Tibimundum travel calendar isn't useful to you, email 9nthdimension@gmail.com within 7 days of buying it and we'll refund the full $28. You don't have to explain why, and you don't have to give the calendar back — you already have the dates.

How to ask

Email 9nthdimension@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or include the link to your calendar. That's the whole process.

How long it takes

We process refunds through Stripe as soon as we see the request. The money usually reaches your card within five to ten business days after that, depending on your bank — that part is out of our hands.

After 7 days

Ask anyway. The policy is a promise about the first 7 days, not a rule about the rest — if something is genuinely wrong with what we sold you, we'd rather fix it than keep your money.

If the dates were wrong

Tell us what happened, in any timeframe. The calendar arithmetic is the product, and a wrong date is a defect rather than a preference. It also helps us fix it for everyone else.

Before disputing with your bank

Please email us first. A card dispute takes weeks and costs us a fee whichever way it goes, while a refund takes about a minute. We have never refused one.
