What this is

Tibimundum Travel Calendar is a planning tool. You tell it your working week, your leave balance and the holidays your employer observes, and it works out which days you could request off to get the most consecutive time away. It is operated by 9nth Dimension.

What it is not

It does not give you time off. Every date it produces is a suggestion to take to your employer. Approval is entirely your employer's decision and nothing here obliges them to grant anything.

It is not employment advice, legal advice, or advice about your company's leave policy. It does not book, price or reserve travel, and it has no relationship with any airline, hotel or travel provider.

The results depend on what you tell us

The calendar arithmetic is deterministic and tested — but it can only work from the information you enter. If you tick a holiday your employer does not actually give you, or mis-state your leave balance, the dates will be wrong in exactly that way. Check the recommended days against your own company calendar before you request them.

We show a list of holidays many US employers observe as a convenience. That list is not a claim about your employer.

Sick leave

This product never suggests using sick leave to extend a trip and has no field for it. Sick leave is legally distinct from vacation in many places and misusing it can be grounds for dismissal. Please don't.

Your purchase

The generator is free. $28 unlocks the full optimized year for the calendar you generated — a one-time payment, not a subscription, with nothing to cancel. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Access is by an unguessable link. Anyone with that link can see that calendar, so treat it as private. See Refunds for how to get your money back.

Availability

We try to keep the service up and the links working, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability. Your purchased calendar is also exportable to a real calendar file and printable — we'd suggest doing one of those, so your plan survives independently of this website.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to bypass payment, scrape the service, hammer it with automated requests, or resell the output as your own product. We may withdraw access for any of those.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, 9nth Dimension is not liable for losses arising from using this service — including travel booked around dates an employer later declines, or trips affected by leave that isn't approved. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is the one on this page when you buy, and a calendar you have already paid for stays unlocked.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
